Day Care at Aspen Grove Bed & Breakfast can provide a wonderful solution for busy "moms & dad's"! Whether it's a tightly scheduled day at the office, the housekeeper is coming or it's just a luncheon that's planned, your dog will enjoy a day of play at Aspen Grove! Daycare is a trend that is growing around the country because it meets the needs of so many dog owners and their pets. For many of us, our dogs are like children, and to leave them cooped up all day is just not an acceptable option.

Dogs are social animals and enjoy the companionship of other dogs. When spending the day with us your dog will have the opportunity to socialize in our recreation area where we provide a variety of toys and games including tetherball, soccer, Frisbee, and Kong. After a snack, your dog will return to his suite for a period of quiet relaxation during the mid-afternoon. He will awaken refreshed and ready to head to the playground for a second round of play!
The socialization provided by regular visits is invaluable! We see our guests become less fearful, more self-confident, content dogs! Weigh the benefits for yourself:

Our day care prices are $10.00 a day for females and neutered males. The rate for intact males over the age of seven months is $15.00.
For your convenience, we have a Day Care Punch Card Program as well. With this system, you may purchase a 5-visit or a 10-visit punch card to present at check-in, making arrivals and departures much easier for you and your dog. Punch cards also mean discounts! A 5-visit card will provide a 10% discount off the daily rate and can be purchased for $45.00. The 10-visit card costs $85.00, a 15% discount off the daily rate!
We offer early check-in times of 7:30am and 8:00am for those whose work schedules make it impossible to arrive during normal business hours. We ask that you please use only these two appointed times for early check-ins so that our morning staff can tend to the needs of the guests in our care. Without a punch card, there is an additional $2.00 charge for checking in before our standard 8:30am opening time. Please be aware this service applies to Day Care only and not to lodgers.
Just as with our lodging service, appointments are required. We want to have a suite ready and give proper planning to our playgroups. For their safety, prior to the time of check-in, we will need to see a copy of each guest's veterinary vaccination record showing they are up to date on their Rabies, DHLP-P, and Canine Cough (Bordetella).
