What is the CVV2 number?
This is a number printed on the card. Some card issuers refer to this number as the 'Card Verification Number', 'Card Verification Value', 'Card Verification Code' (CVV), 'CVV2', 'Personal Security Code' or 'Security Code'. The number is not embossed on the card and hence not printed on receipts, etc., making it much harder for anyone other than the cardholder to know what the code is.
We require, for your safety and security, that you enter your card verification number, if it is available. If it is not available, please fill that space with three x's.
